Refund & Returns Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period (ECTA)

• You may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery by emailing us.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging.
• Refunds processed within 15 business days after we receive the goods.
• Exclusions: Opened workbooks, marked stationery, and written-in textbooks.

2. Defective Goods (CPA)

• If goods are defective or not as described, return within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund.
• We cover return shipping for verified defects.

3. Change of Mind

• Accepted within 14 days if items are sealed and resalable.
• Restocking fee: 10%.
• Customer pays return shipping.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Items

• Report within 72 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will arrange replacements promptly.

5. Refund Method

Refunds to original payment method within 15 business days.
